Flagship Store for T10+Design Alliance
Located in the West Lake District of Hangzhou, the new headquarters of Co-real Home Smart is a renovation of a simple factory. The designer changed the dirty image of the original building to create a white facade with volumes around a central courtyard, making it unique from the surroundings. The design language used in this space is very simple. By studying the reality of "white", feeling the purity of white, and infusing red to white innovatively, the designer wishes to induce optimism and enthusiasm of users.

Unique Properties
It is renovated from a simple factory, to be a white box with distinct volumes around a central courtyard, and unique from the surroundings. It conveys ideas about technology and life, as well as opening and sharing. The first floor of the new building is equipped with a product showroom and the intelligent experience sample room of each system of Co-real Home Smart. The second floor is a comprehensive office area.

It is equipped with four constant systems, which ensures constantly stable temperature, stable humidity, stable oxygen and stable static of the whole space.

How to renew an abandoned factory building, bring new vitality to the area with a new image, and increase the unique attraction for the enterprise.

Time: 2018.11 - 2019.8 Location: No.700 Gudun Road, West lake district, Hangzhou, China
Operation Flow
Step 1: the preliminary planning and design of space plane; Step 2: draw the detailed space design scheme;; Step 3: the owner confirms the overall design scheme; Step 4: draw construction drawings and confirm the list of building materials and furniture; Step 5: deliver the construction drawings. Step 6: supervise the construction process until it is finished.
Research
Refuse to be ordinary. Every part of design is always to seek for a larger possibility of space usage based on true demands from users.
Inspiration
Co-real Smart Home is one of the leaders in industry about energy saving and eco-lifestyle, providing customers with integrated solutions of intelligent and comfortable home system. Therefore, if we have to define it, we think it would be warm, bright, bold, free and comfortable. The public hall is the center of the plane and vertical moving lines. The designer makes a high atrium to open the space, presenting a grand and transparent view.
