The traditional profession of the locality was pottery which needed to be interpreted and magnified to an international podium.
The project is under construction at site. The design phase started in July 2020 and was delivered by Jan 2021
the staircase has been designed with an external skin to allow light and ventilation into the staircase.
The site context was studied to come up with the concept of the design. The pottery art of this town was to be highlighted in a modern contemporary manner to communicate to the international audience.
The Residential Building is in the city of a hot and dry Tier 2 Town of India where pottery used to be a traditional profession. Molten High is an expression of a clay container being deformed while in its making and eventually baked to form an artistic expression of the traditional profession of the town.,
