This sales office combines classic, elegant and distinguished qualities. The design team draws inspiration from the ancient Roman system, adopts the technique of symmetry, balance and order, and creates this elegant postmodern holiday paradise! Simple and clean color, black and white orderly tile, hale and strong detail of the face make whole space unified, decorous and have simple sense.

Unique Properties
The entire sales office borrows the local regional characteristics to achieve an ornate, elegant, and pure space. It also feels like travelling through time, reviving long-past historical and modern elements and thereby resurrecting the pulse and ideals of bygone eras.

Production Technology
The design aims to embody a return to a more colorful life, to be an integration of the humanities and the arts, while also acting as an aesthetic interpretation of the diversity of urban life.The designer drew on curved linear designs taken from the new decorative arts, and captured the leisurely vibe of drifting on a boat in the summer through an art installation.

The project started in Sep 2021 in Hangzhou and finished in Nov 2021 in Tianjin
Operation Flow
The space presents multi-dimensional scenes. Along the axial corridor, popular IPs such as Starbucks, Pop Mart, Miss Puff are displayed one by one. It is a reflection of people's pursuit for an increasingly refined life. The rising horse symbolizes the romantic prosperity of the plaza. It is a brand-new creation in the context of the modern times. The partially hollowed-out design highlights the overall style and gives passersby a shocking sensory experience open to immersive interpretation.
Research
The color tone and light effects here are reminiscent of Rembrandt's color palette. The dominance of white sets the grandeur and mature tone of this space, while the embellishments in gold and orange-red are like adding melodies to a symphony, echoing in the air. And just like adding depth to music, it results in more depth to the space while also highlighting the designer's artistic taste and vision of future lifestyle.
Inspiration
In the open and free city atmosphere, the designer tried to restore a new model of symbiosis between business and culture. The rich history of this city and the spirit infused in it are expressed in a post-modern narrative that comes together like an architectural symphony. The complex is constructed in a "Roman Holiday" style, allowing visitors to experience a dazzling European street market. Modern and classical, present and future, these contrasts create a fantasy journey that embodies the idea that "diversity is beauty".
Project Overview
Wan Yue Complex Sales Center has been a Silver winner in the Interior Space and Exhibition Design award category in the year 2021 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Silver A' Design Award celebrates top-tier designs that embody excellence and innovation. This award acknowledges creations that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional, reflecting the designer's deep understanding and skill. Silver A' Design Award recipients are recognized for their contribution to raising industry standards and advancing the practice of design.
