Sales Center for China Overseas Properties
Due to the large scale of the space, it's difficult to control the overall spatial scale. At the early stage, the design team specially experimented the interior space model many times and built a partial sample room of the project on site with the construction team so as to achieve the best spatial effects of the whole project. This project takes the urban texture of Dalian as the design origin, and uses contemporary spatial language to describe "deep memory, local new life", the new and the old in the space, the typo and false in the composition, the realism and the intention.

Unique Properties
Dalian, where the project is located, is a city with a fusion of Eastern and Western architectural styles. The Gothic architecture is elegant and chic, and the oriental traditional bluestone roads can be seen everywhere. Walking through such a magical urban texture, the exotic and local customs are intertwined, which is the temperament of the locals. Buildings from different periods have retained their unique forms, combining East and West, old and new.

Operation Flow
The rough stones, the language of the growing pine trees, and the compositional charm of the space are all images of the deep local memory and the free growth of the local culture.” Art chandelier, glass crystal, veneer, stone and other materials are used ingeniously and cooperate with each other to find a dialogue between roughness and delicacy, organic and minimalist, and generate an aesthetic magnetic field space.
Research
The ingenious use of matching materials in the project; artistic chandeliers, glass crystal, wood veneer, stone and other materials cooperate with each other to find a dialogue between nature and the ground, between organic and minimalist, and produce unique natural aesthetics. In such a large space, the natural air and rhythm, the arrogance and rhythm of the lake and the sea, people can look inside and enjoy it calmly.
Inspiration
This project takes the urban texture of Dalian as the design origin, and uses contemporary spatial language to describe "deep memory, local new life", the new and the old in the space, the typo and false in the composition, the realism and the intention, and outlines an aura. place to flow.
