The fragrance store in Taipei is owned by two female founders and features a modern design that incorporates the city's history. The iron and wood front door connects the indoor area with the streets outside, and the shop window allows natural light to flow into the store. The iron handles and signboard reflect the light and the branches of the Frangipani tree in the front garden. The store showcases over 240 fragrances on two showcase shelves made of stainless steel, situated in front of the original brick walls. The shelves are see-through, creating a transparent display.

The product has two main theme walls to display fragrance products. Items can be moved and placed easily, which makes picking and placing items easier for the consumers and staff. The shelves are see-through shelves, and behind the transparent shelves are the original brick walls. The design wants to bring the history of the space into modern design.
The design had to keep the original building but at the same time bringing a new style to the place was challenging.
The project was finished in 2022 in Taipei.
The design changes the way people shop in a fragrance store. In Taiwan the way luxury brand shops are designed often makes shopping for products hard, consumers have to ask for ascents from staff members to reach each item. However, our design gives people more space and more control over how they would like to shop. Two main theme walls to display fragrance products. Items can be moved and placed easily, which makes picking and placing items easier for not only the consumers but also the staff. The shelves are see-through shelves, and behind the transparent shelves are the original brick walls. Which combines the modern with the history.
