An hourglass-shaped art installation is embedded in the ceiling of the reception foyer where the arc layers reveal a rhythmic 3D sense. The white and dark green create a balance between calmness and vibrancy, while the sofas enclose a private negotiation area. The curves and lines, as well as dark green and tranquil plain colors, create a flexible and flowing space. The children's area is themed with a "time capsule", featuring light and flexible geometric elements that add life to the space.
Diversified space, orderly structural aesthetic, futuristic sense of technology, humanity and nature, quality living
The reception foyer boasts a cohesive matte texture, creating a natural and pure tone. A circular installation featuring white curved screen elements defines the property models display area, creating a futuristic ambiance. The harmonious colors, materials, lighting, and artwork blend to create the meeting space. The circular columns extend upwards, complementing the spiral cantilever suspended from above. The functional area features gray hues, intertwining the spatial temperament and sentiment.
"Design involves continuously pushing the limits of one's own cognition." There is no fixed business model; instead, the aim of design is to constantly challenge design boundaries in order to create new perceptions and visual impacts that stimulate business cognition. This mindset is crucial for any creative designer.
Project start time: June 2022 Project completion time: October 2022 Location: Shijiazhuang, Hebei province, China
The interior spaces are designed with interconnected areas that maintain an appropriate distance from each other. The arc-shaped geometric structures on the walls and ceiling create a visually stunning spatial order and structural aesthetic. The space is arranged in a rhythmic manner, with each area layered and divided to meet the functional needs of different scenes. The circulation throughout the space is consistent and flowing, providing seamless transitions and uninterrupted views.
Following a strict spatial order, the designers used curved surfaces to reconstruct the dimensions of time and space. They superimposed and combined materials, colors, and shapes to create spatial levels that offer an immersive sensory experience. This thoughtful approach aims to bring people, technology, and building closer together. By striking a balance between abstraction and concreteness, the design exhibits a "humanistic nature" and reflects people's aspirations for a better future life.
The sales center is designed with a focus on creating a dynamic experience using lines and arc shapes in the overall visual arrangement. The walls and ceilings are restrainedly designed, lending to an elegant and bright presence. This project showcases a vision of future lifestyle, incorporating a sense of technology into the experiential space. The result is a space that offers a strong visual impression, diverse spatial effects, and an upscale sense of comfort and relaxation.
