1. Integrating Brand Identity into Interior Design: The project is conceived with the acronym C.H.Y. for Chang (C) Hua (H) Youth (Y), and the main colors of blue, which represents infinite possibilities, and yellow, which represents the courage to challenge the logo. The square and round shape of the logo symbolizes cohesion and tolerance. 2. Dual Function Conference Room: The design team incorporated the concrete stairs under the stadium bleachers into the ceiling. The sound-absorbing curtains in the center can divide the space into two, allowing activities to take place at the same time.

Building materials: green building materials calcium silicate board partition, angle steel, polypropylene hollow board, recycled fruits and vegetable baskets, and table tennis tables. The customized furniture is made of disassembled and reassembled angle steel. They can be easily moved with pulleys to change configurations and maximize flexibility. Extending the principle of 'reusable materials', the entrance wall is made of transparent polypropylene hollow boards, while the display gallery is made of recycled yellow baskets stacked up to form a booth for young start-up brands.
The site was an unused space underneath the spectator stand of Changhua Stadium. To transform it into a workspace, lighting was the most urgent problem to be solved. By keeping the windows and removing the partitions, the design team minimized the separation of the space and allowed outdoor light to enter the room. Reversing the traditional image of stadiums and offices for users and public authorities, the project is vibrant and colorful creating a functional and flexible workspace.
The project finished in January 2023 in Taiwan.
Various colorful acrylic panels are hung outside each department to reveal Changhua's data. For example, the unemployment rate of people in Changhua County and the number of people starting their businesses in Changhua County year by year provide visitors with a clear picture of the quantitative results of the policy and encourage people with dreams to take action. It is worth mentioning that the new office attracted visits from other public sectors as a reference for remodeling and design.
The workplace combines the yellow and blue of the Department of Youth Development's corporate identity with geometric and linear elements. Minimalistic lines present a sense of speed and dynamism, leading people to realize their dreams. The site is divided into an office, gallery, shared meeting room, and conference room. They implement multi-functional uses and connect various functions to meet the needs of people in exchanging ideas and pursuing their dreams, as well as practicing time-sharing to enhance the utilization of space.
The 'Startup Incubator For Changhua Young Entrepreneurs' is the office of the Department of Youth Development. With the theme of realizing dreams, it integrates the concept of the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to create a base that leads the dreams of Changhua's youth to take flight. The office refers to the airport as an image and uses bright, high-saturation blue and yellow to convey vitality and vigor, shaping a vision of a future full of hope.
