For children, the morning sun represents growth, while nightfall is a bed for dreams. For adults, daytime marks the start of a busy journey, and evening is a refuge of peace. The designers highlighted the contrast between the brightness of the social areas and the darker tones of the man's private space. The home perfectly balances the needs of each family member, offering a sanctuary where children can learn and play, while adults enjoy tranquility at night, creating a dwelling that feels truly like home.

To maximize natural light, the designers replaced the partition between the kitchen and social area with a sliding glass door, allowing sunlight to flow throughout the space while blocking cooking fumes. Arched ceilings and curved walls ensure a smooth transition between areas, adding a child-friendly design element to prevent injuries. A dedicated gaming space was created for adults, with a contrasting solid color scheme. High-quality soundproofing materials ensure a serene environment, while RGB light strips enhance the private retreat's ambiance.

The materials and elements used in the space include artistic paints, solid wood veneers, whiteboard paint, chalkboard, sound-absorbing cotton, and large tiles. In the light wood-toned space, the walls are covered with artistic paints that resist dirt and stains. The rustic charm of the paints is paired with stone textures featuring golden veins, creating a refined aesthetic within the soft ambiance. For the children's playroom, a chalkboard is included, elevating it into an educational and entertaining space.
The designers' focus was not only on surface aesthetics but also on the hidden, essential elements that ensure both beauty and functionality. The space required meticulous soundproofing, with materials embedded into the ceilings, floors, and walls to maintain a tranquil environment. Eco-friendly materials with low formaldehyde content were prioritized to protect the family's health. Given the presence of children, easy-to-maintain materials were carefully selected. These thoughtful details highlight the complexity and refinement involved in creating a safe, functional, and beautiful home.
The project finished in April 2023 in Taiwan.
For homeowners, space planning is the greatest gift they could give their children. Thoughtful details like whiteboard paint in the hallway and large, open storage shelves allow the child to explore, learn, and grow. Guests are impressed by the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that transform the once-dark, cramped area into a bright and open environment. The couple is thrilled to see their child flourish in this nurturing space, where every corner fosters creativity and happiness.
The project, 'Morning Dew, Quiet Night,' reflects the anticipation of a new family member. The design draws inspiration from the gentle yet attentive care parents have for their children. Morning dew symbolizes the freshness of a new day, akin to the parents' thoughtful nurturing. Rounded corners enhance safety, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The 'Quiet Night' evokes the peace and serenity of a home after a busy day, with soft beige tones and wood textures providing a calming atmosphere. This space offers a sanctuary where the family can enjoy moments of tranquility and togetherness.
The residents, a young couple, sought to create a wonderful environment for their newborn. The designers prioritized hypoallergenic, health-conscious, and easy-to-clean materials. After analyzing the site conditions and preferences, they reconfigured the layout to address the challenge of limited natural light from one side. A dedicated personal gaming space was included for the owner. Light wood tones were used as the base, complemented by stone textures and refined lighting details, enhancing the space with a charming, inviting atmosphere.
