Sales Office for Premier Jade Design
In terms of spatial planning, the project adopts an open and smooth layout, which ensures the transparency of the space while balancing privacy and functionality. In terms of color matching, the designer cleverly used low saturation tones, combined with warm wooden elements and delicate stone textures, to create a warm and elegant living atmosphere. The selection of furniture and decorations is equally meticulous, with each piece carefully selected to meet modern aesthetics while preserving cultural heritage, adding artistic atmosphere and a touch of life to the entire space.

In terms of spatial layout, we have used the gardening techniques of the Classical Gardens of Suzhou in Jiangsu Province for reference, such as borrowing scenery, matching scenery, dividing scenery, etc., to create a space effect with rich layers and changing scenery step by step; It also incorporates the symmetrical and balanced aesthetics of the French court, making the space appear more solemn and elegant through the use of axis layout and geometric shapes.

Cultural Inheritance: Deeply explore the traditional cultural elements of Suzhou gardens, and integrate them into modern spatial design to achieve the inheritance and innovation of traditional culture. Modern Integration: Combining modern architectural design concepts and technological means, such as smart homes, green ecological design, etc., to create a living environment that meets modern living needs and has cultural heritage.
The project started on August 6, 2024 and was completed on September 20, 2024.
Communicating with clients to collect requirements, conducting conceptual design and preliminary proposal development, deepening design and producing construction drawings, coordinating construction supervision, completing acceptance and providing post construction services, and finally summarizing the project and collecting feedback. The entire process requires close collaboration with clients and construction units.
This project belongs to applied research, aiming to combine the traditional cultural elements of Suzhou gardens with modern architectural design concepts, and provide a spatial design scheme for Suzhou Greentown Rose Garden that meets modern residential needs and contains cultural heritage. During the research process, various methods such as literature review, field investigation, and case analysis will be comprehensively utilized to ensure the feasibility and innovation of the design scheme.
Greentown Suzhou Rose Garden inherits the classic central axis sequence of French palace architecture, creating a pure and eternal background through rigorous balance and symmetry with classic aesthetic proportions. This design not only embodies the solemnity and elegance of French architecture, but also echoes the "order of heaven and earth" in traditional Chinese etiquette.
