Apartment for Stanislav Zainutdinov
This is an apartment for a big modern family. The main customer was a man who has a wife and three children, all of the boys. That is why the preference in design was given to laconic geometry and natural materials. This is how the main “Lofting” concept appeared. The main materials were chosen to be wood, natural stone, and concrete. Most of the lighting was built-in. Only the living room had a large chandelier above the dining place as a focal point.

Each project is unique in its own way. The task was to interpret the clients’ ideas and help them determine their own style. Understanding some of the smaller details of interior design and decoration allows customers to make measured decisions about their investments.
The whole project was tied to one concept. It was having more wood, brutal color schemes and rough natural materials such as natural stone and concrete. With the help of built-in profile lighting, multifunctionality of the main light and interior lights was achieved. The unusual geometry of the apartment brought very convenient solutions for the proper planning of individual space.
The most difficult part of this project was to combine the wishes of the customers and the aesthetics of the whole project as they were slightly different. The owner of the apartment relied entirely on the taste and professionalism of the team of designers and trusted them in all the possible details of the project. This fact made it easier to materialize the plans and ideas the designers had in mind.
The work on this project began in February 2017 and was finished in February 2018.
Before the design of this apartment was developed, a lot was done to get to know the customers, to learn about their habits, daily routine, private life peculiarities and preferences.
