Sales Center for LONGER DESIGN
Based on the relationship between the building, site and space, the designer sets up a transition staircase with a sense of form. In order to create the atmosphere of the library, he designed a bookcase leading to the second floor on the wall at the back of the stairs, which has a visual impact and sensory effect both indoors and outdoors. The ceiling of the negotiation area uses of the structure of the original building, and two reverse folding plates are designed according to the slope. The material selected is the aluminum plate and bamboo, which is in line with the natural style trend.

Unique Properties
The designer abandons the design concept of focusing on marketing and decoration in the traditional sales office, and integrates the concepts of coffee shop, library and life experience hall into the design, aiming to create a warm life experience center for the community, so that people can feel the humanistic care of the design team and the construction unit in the early stage of the house purchase, and also let everyone here can see the true life of the community in the future status.

Production Technology
The first floor mainly carries the functions of the coffee shop, which is relatively fashionable in material selection. The ground adopts 300 times 1200 gray tiles, which are randomly patterned on the surface, deliberately giving the impression of years of polishing. The counter top uses the bread bricks popular in recent years, and neutral gray tone is selected. The staircase, bookcase and bar use the log color to render the whole space fresh and natural.
Design Challenge
During the construction of the project, due to the conflict between the fire sprinkler on the second floor and the top modeling, the designer had to change the top processing method and redesign the modeling. Based on the advantages of the slope roof of the original structure, the folding board model, which was originally distributed evenly, is simplified into two large folding boards, and on the large side, the board is used for staggered splicing to increase the decoration details.
Project Duration
The project started in October 2018 in Chongqing and finished in March 2019 in Chongqing.
Operation Flow
In order to strive for greater use space for the second floor, the floor opening size is controlled to be very small, and the stairs are just enough for people. In terms of space division, the dynamic and static areas are well divided.
Research
Since the beginning of the project, designers have been exploring how to position this living experience pavilion and what it should bear to create a diversified living space for the future community. Next they consider this space should have what kind of temperament to conform to the life experience, through constant scrutiny, designers use the natural color and white collocation to render for people, with diversified function models for them.
Inspiration
It is not only a good business environment, but also a complete industrial community center and a spatial ecosystem. The name of this case is "Be Fly Utopia", which is the owner's consideration and initial intention for the whole project. It takes the meaning from "if you are fragrant, the butterfly will come", and conveys the concept of customer-oriented and craftsman spirit.
