This project is a sales center design located in Jiangmen, China. One of the main focuses of it is the relationship with nature. Passing through the rippled lake in the courtyard, visitors can enjoy a brief moment of tranquility in this air of nature, which contrasts with the vibrance and vigorousness at the entrance hall. The interior space employs mostly natural forms and shapes, such as mountain-shaped sofas, water-droplets-shaped coffee tables, etc.
Interior, Commercial, Sales Center, Marketing Experience Center, Arc, River, Art Gallery, Dream Blue, Soft, Fashionable
The space uses a large volume of special-shaped arc elements. Besides, the design also focuses on the use of advanced and novel materials. Using fashionable and futuristic metal, glowing glass, and light stainless steel, designers hope to explore novel and brand-new ways of employing materials.
The design period and construction period of this project are very short, and the requirements for construction technology are also very high, which are challenges for designers to overcome. In the later stage of construction, they kept close communication with the site, continuously followed up and optimized the process, so that the final effect was presented as scheduled.
The project started in February 2020 in Jiangmen and finished in May 2020 in Jiangmen.
In the design process, the intervention of interior design from the architectural structure stage is more conducive to provide basic support for the creation of interior space sense. In the process of construction, wood paint, stainless steel and other finishing materials are customized by the factory and assembled on site to ensure the process effect.
In this era of growing appeal toward culture, interior design is no longer limited to sensory perception, but more about spiritual experience, and whether it can inspire imagination and touch upon people's soul. The design of sales center of Jiangmeng Yulan Garden real estate employs elegant and intriguing lines, wonderful three-dimensional space composition, minimalistic and bold colors in a surrealistic style, combining multiple styles together to create a stylish and modern space.
This design uses the regional concept of "river", and focuses on elegant lines and curves, which are reflected in each grand, fashionable, and avant-garde space. Overlapped arcs are like romantic and beautiful waves of the ocean, reconstructing the space of a sales office into a surreal visual feast, and stimulating the sensory perceptions of the audience.
