Different from the traditional luxurious but single-functioned sales center, this project has practical and flexible function area and catches attention through fascinating interior design. The space design aims to integrate story into the furnishings, and inject emotions into the building, so that all the decorations and furniture have their meaning. the overall design is themed with dream and ideal world. In the negotiation area, pink is chosen as the palette to create a warm and dreamy atmosphere.

Unique Properties
The sales center is a place to showcase and sell residential properties open to customers of all ages. In order to make customers feel at home when they visit the sales center, the designers create a space which can satisfy the welcoming feeling for the elderly, the dreamy feeling pursued by adults, and maintain the innocence of children.

Production Technology
Taken advantage of the space layout, the lively color matching and decorating furnishings full of childhood memories create an ideal world which is slowly revealed in the sales center, where both adults and children can find the memories of childhood that belongs to themselves.
Design Challenge
Since lobby is the most important area which can make the first impression of property, one of the challenges is how to attract customers through space design. Different from the traditional luxurious but single-functioned sales center, this project has practical and flexible function area and catches attention through fascinating interior design.
Project Duration
The project started in April 2020 and finished in January 2021 in Yibin, Sichuan Province, China.
Operation Flow
The leisure area is designed for family members who come together and need space to take a rest when the negotiation is on. In the leisure area, the three senses of future, childhood and dream are combined to make a welcoming space by red and blue colors. This area is the continuation of home; even in the leisure area, customers will experience the comfort and relax of home.
Research
This design implements the theme of "dream and childhood" from beginning to end. While maintaining the elegance of life, the space utilization and practicability has also been maximized. In this design space, even adults can have the happiness of children, and the children will have a space for imagination.
Inspiration
The space design aims to integrate story into the furnishings, and inject emotions into the building, so that all the decorations and furniture have their meaning. The lobby design is combined with childhood experience, and the architecture is blended with fantasy world. The childlike furnishings in the lobby attract customers passing by.
Project Overview
Childlike Dream Sales Center has been a Silver winner in the Interior Space and Exhibition Design award category in the year 2020 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Silver A' Design Award celebrates top-tier designs that embody excellence and innovation. This award acknowledges creations that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional, reflecting the designer's deep understanding and skill. Silver A' Design Award recipients are recognized for their contribution to raising industry standards and advancing the practice of design. Their work often incorporates original innovations and elicits a strong emotional response, making a notable impact on the improvement of everyday life.
