Unique Properties
The 190-square-meter showroom creates high quality and practical way of living. In the hallway, art ornaments are placed in the hollow position of the porch cabinet, which enriches the space layout and adds a display function. As a commonly used technique in the creation of Chinese artworks, white space is reserved to express the elegance of Chinese humanity and spirit, leaving room for imagination.

It combines traditions and modern fashions to make the ancient charm come into being in every corner. The essence of all furnishings design should return to human habitation itself.
Design Challenge
The elderly bedroom emphasizes the creation of a quiet and comfortable atmosphere by removing the complicated elements and using space and color techniques to express a peaceful and elegant mood. The children's bedroom continues the simple style and leaves a white space to echo the design theme. The daughter's room is intended to fit the girl's innocent and romantic feelings, while not being too naive. It can capture the girl's heart, and it can also be suitable for the mature taste.
Project Duration
The project started and finished in 2021, Changsha, China.
Operation Flow
The cinnabar red color serves as the finishing touch to add unique oriental dignity to the entire space. The study room finds a delicate balance between simplicity and vividness. Whether the desk or the bookcase, it has a charming and fashionable texture to achieve the combination of material taste and spiritual pursuit.
Research
Romantic and warm pink tones, blending fresh and elegant white, along with elegant and humanistic embellishments, give the space a bright and lively atmosphere, as well as a pure and simple flair.
Inspiration
Inspired by the mortise and tenon of the ancient timber structures, the interior of the showroom features the beauty of simplicity, tranquility, and neatness. The large area of light-colored furniture complements the simple lines, and the clean interface is finished with a black and white painting, which perfectly balances the aesthetics of the tones and the texture in the space.
Project Overview
Zhongtian Starry Residence Showroom has been a Iron winner in the Interior Space and Exhibition Design award category in the year 2021 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Iron A' Design Award is awarded to good designs that meet the rigorous professional and industrial standards set by the A' Design Awards. This recognition is reserved for works that demonstrate a solid understanding of design principles and show creativity within their execution.
