Sales Center for GND N+ Design and Fenhom Design
The design of the project adopts a mode of de-homogenization and future community, which brings the space closer to people and people can use it as a space for emotional attachment. In their leisure time, people can drink coffee, study fragrance, or chat, craft, study, and entertain. It enriches people's life and completes the concept of a future community. The designer uses common materials in unconventional creation, which favors atmosphere over decoration, details over craft, simplicity over superfluity, and new over old, presenting a comfortable spatial state in the simplest way.

This case marks the transformation of the sales center to a future community. Having reflected on how everything grows under the night, the designer contrasts the beauty under the night and that under the sun and integrates them in the case. Through the beauty of life in "butterflies" and "plants", the case unfolds the possibility of life and freedom, to show the other side of time and space, present multiple functions and unique styles of space, and meet the needs of setting topics, display, experience and sharing.
Sales Office, Flora, Bamboo, Art, Life
The designer uses common materials in unconventional creation, which favors atmosphere over decoration, details over craft, simplicity over superfluity, and new over old, presenting a good spatial state in the simplest and most direct way.
The designer grafted the design concept on the functionality of the sales office, which is a breakthrough and a difficult point, and the whole design concept is rather abstract and unprecedented, and is a project that converts abstract thinking into reality.
The project started in December 2020 in Huzhou and finished in April 2021 in Huzhou.
Starting from the local feature of the project, and with the elements of "mountain, calligraphy, tea and painting", the case applies the negative space and landscape topography to interpret the tranquil, peaceful way of life of Huzhou. The style of the plant system is mainly presented with light-color washed wood series furniture, which is matched with clean creamy white and large saltatory orange colors, adding flowing colors and sense of vitality to the space. The interaction between the plants and the light and shadow makes the space imbued with a sense of vitality and air.
Responding to the country's concept of sustainable development for green indoor air quality, the designer, bearing in mind the nature of the project, adopts the new mode of "pre-evaluation plus pre-treatment". In line with the pre-evaluation of Mooney equation and color phase analysis, the project carries out quantitative pollution prevention and control in the whole process of the decoration and operation, which controls the overall indoor air pollution risk, and greatly reduces the costs of materials, labor and time.
This project is inspired by the thinking of the growth of everything under the night, seeds growing, flowers blooming, butterflies fluttering, snails foraging ...... Through the beauty of life of "butterflies" and "plants", the designer will develop the interpretation of life and freedom, so as to achieve the liberation of thought and personality, and then show the other side of time and space, making the tension of life more and more fascinating.
