Industrial Building for SUIADR
The Office Complex in the 2nd Zone of Development Unit 15 of Mawan is located near Tinghai Avenue and Qianwan River. Three 75 meter towers are organized side by side, with a north-south axis linking the spaces. Continuing the Silk Road Corridor concept of the area, a three dimensional green corridor is created, combining with the buildings' multi-layered bases and vertical greening to build an integrated park system. The curvy architectural contours echo the riverside landscape, and setback landscape terraces create a multi level community space that balances ecology and vitality.

The height complies with regulations, and the architecture embodies standardization, incorporating suitable segmentation design for prefabricated components. 2.Reserved Capacity Design: The design includes space for future upgrades to water, electricity, and HVAC systems, ensuring adaptability for multifunctional use.
1. Within the 75-meter height limit, how to balance functionality and landscape through the design of three side-by-side towers and connecting corridors? 2. How to ensure efficient connectivity and interaction between functional areas within the multi-layer base and three-dimensional park system? 3. How to effectively mitigate the impact of unfavorable directions in the design of vertical green valleys and curved terraces while maintaining both the aesthetics and practicality of the buildings.
