Bringing a well known tradition vegetarian restaurant into 21st century, this new branch restaurant is designed to provoke the senses through a series of lotus form. From this inspiration, the design team converted lotus image to the materials, patterns and forms. What is more, by enhancing the details of the lotus, which is deeply related to the Buddhism, the design team have generated an extraordinary calm atmosphere of the restaurant. Laser cut metal lotus pattern and smooth blue upholstery create an organic, natural elegance.

The main featured lighting is the most challenge, especially the custom made procedure of fabrication and installation. Also need to be resolved the weight of the featured lighting during installation.
The project started in November 2020 in Macau and finished in October 2021.
